Meditation classes are open to everyone, whatever your level of interest or experience.
Lamrim Kadampa Buddhist Center, founded under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso; Internationally renowned Buddhist meditation master and scholar. Lamrim Kadampa Buddhist Center is a member of the New Kadampa Tradition - the International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU).
Lamrim Kadampa Buddhist Center is dedicated to benefiting people by making classes on Buddhism and meditation available throughout the Quad Cities region. Meditation is a beautiful and practical way of finding inner peace, reducing stress and finding solutions to the problems of daily life. If you have been coming to class for a while, you may be wishing to go a bit deeper with your understanding and practice of meditation and Buddhism.
On Saturday September 26th, 10am-12noon, we are offering a FREE Introductory Class in which the Foundation Program will be explained so you can get a sense of the program and see if you feel it is right for you. This fall the Foundation Program (FP) class will begin study of a New Book:

Lamrim Kadampa Buddhist Center
Lamrim Kadampa Buddhist Center is a non-profit organization that is completely run through the kindness of volunteers. Members of the community volunteer their time to provide all of the programs and events which the Center offers, ranging from weekly drop-in meditation classes to week-long meditation retreats and other events. Everything from Center maintenance to publicity design and distribution is pure volunteer work.
You can help too by dedicating your time or resources to Lamrim Kadampa Buddhist Center.

Due to requests we are now offering a Monthly Meditation Class Card.
$35 a Month Card: Good for all GP Meditation Classes, Thursday Series, Lunchtime Meditation and Simply Meditate Sundays.
$50 a Month Card: Good for all GP Meditation Classes, Thursday Series, Lunchtime Meditation and Simply Meditate Sundays, FP Classes and Retreats.
Cards are available at class locations or the center.
FYI, Scott Street is closed between 3rd Street & 4th Street for Davenport Central Fire Station Renovations.
Suggestion: Park on 3rd Street and walk just around corner to Lamrim Center Entrance on Scott Street.
